Thank you for purchasing my digital assets! I want to provide the best products and experience that I can, so here is some general information that might help improve your experience! Feel free to reach out if you still have lingering questions! 

Downloadable Digital Products Terms and Conditions of Sale Policy

When you purchase a digital asset, you receive a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to download and access that digital product for your own "purpose", defined as personal use (storage and editing) and reference. You agree that under no circumstances shall you use, or permit to be used, any product other than for the aforesaid purpose. You shall not copy, re-sell, sublicense, rent out, share or otherwise distribute any product, whether modified or not, to any third party. You agree not to use any product in a way which might be detrimental to me or damage my reputation. The products, whether modified or not, and all intellectual property and copyright contained therein, are and shall at all times remain my sole and exclusive property. You agree that under no circumstances, whether the product has been modified or not, shall you have or attempt to claim ownership of any intellectual property rights or copyright in the product.

Once a product has been purchased by you, no right of cancellation or refund exists due to the electronic nature of our products. You agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final and may not be charged back. You agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any chargebacks via your payment provider.

FAQs

Q: Why didn't I receive an email with a link to my newly purchased assets?

A: Don't stress. There a few common solutions to this dilemma. 

1. Check your spam/junk folder -- did the email go there? 
2. Did you pay with PayPal, if so check the email address connected to your PayPal. That is the email that the preset link will be sent to. 
3. Did you pay via e-check? If so, it takes PayPal 4-5 business days to process an e-check, and Sellfy withholds delivery of the link until the payment clears. 

Q: I purchased the wrong asset. Can I trade them in for the asset I wanted? 

A: Due to the nature of digital assets, and the fact that "returning" them doesn't prevent you from using the downloaded asset, digital assets are non-returnable. Once you receive the asset, it is yours forever. All sales are final, meaning no refunds, exchanges, or returns. 

Q: Are the assets guaranteed to improve my work? Is it a one click fix? What if I just don't like the way look on my content? 

A: Well, no, no, and sounds like personal preference! :) I cannot guarantee that the assets will improve your work, but I'd like to think that they will! And that by using them in your edits, you will continue to improve your craft! While some of my edits are geared toward more creating a comprehensive edit, not all of them are (read the individual product descriptions for more details). There is no true, "one click" to fix everything, and while these assets can do wonders with your footage, they aren't miracle workers. If you are having issues getting the assets to work smoothly, check that you are exposing your images properly. Some of the assets even come with recommended exposure settings. If you aren't exposing, composing, and shooting images you like, it's unlikely that any assets will change your mind. Once you get the hang of shooting content you are happy with, apply the preset/LUT and then make necessary adjustments to the temperature, exposure, and contrast to create a look you love! 

Q: Do you offer refunds on digital products?

A: No. As explained above, once you receive a digital product, it is yours for life.
